It was a pleasure to deal with them. Had to get new locks installed. Called in the morning and got done by late afternoon. I am not good with names. The person who runs the shop and the person who came for installation were professional and pleasant to work with. Prices were reasonable. Would recommend for anyone looking for locksmith services!
Our company has 14 group homes and 1 supervised apartment for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities all around Sussex and Morris counties, and Able Locksmiths services all of them. Mike the owner is fantastic and all of the staff are reliable and very responsive. When we needed to add individual locks to 60+ doors, he got it done quickly and did top-notch work. They are a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend their services.
We walked into Able Security with a solid brass door handle that stopped working. Able Security made everything so EASY, and was professional, yet personable and friendly. They were able to locate a similar lockset handle and we got it to match the hardware on our screen door. Excellent service, fast turn around, great warrantee on the hardware we purchased. So helpful with extra tips and information. I'd go back if needed in a heartbeat! What we got through Able Security was 10X better than going to a big box store! Support a small business!
