Please be aware that if you need to visit the shop in person, you should first call and ensure that it is open. I have been twice during business hours and both times the shop was closed. There was a sign saying when the shopkeeper would reopen, but by that point, I had other places to be.
Amazing service! Fast, professional, and very nice! Louie is a wonderful guy, so nice and professional. He just did a great job for my office. He opened an old lock, which nobody could do it, and changed with a new one in 10 min, without any scratches to the door. Trustworthy and reliable in one word! Best in west LA, in price and service.
Highly recommend. I came with a stubborn old lock which needed to be set to a equally stubborn key, and he did a great job of "just making it work" - he went the extra mile where I think many locksmiths would have demanded I simply buy a new lock or replace all the existing keys. Will definitely go back for all my locksmith needs. Additionally, there is an impressive number of random but useful items, including obscure car remote batteries hanging on the walls for sale.
