On time.. quick response, nice and polite.. cleaned up mess. Price was high to me. But didn't ask for quote, that was my bad. Used my hardware but cut new holes and installed. 315 labor. 45 minutes of work plus travel time. Old house, latches not made for this style any more, he did use his plug plates for covering existing holes from door knob and lock. Once again felt highly priced.. would have figured 200 at best. But did quality job.
