Very easy to schedule online. The only concern was the six hour window they gave me. As it turned out, the Acme Locksmith, Irv, called to let me know he had an earlier opening and was able to come over within 20 minutes, well before my 12:00-6:00 window. I was delighted! He was very professional and was in and out in an hour. He had to replace two locks and re-key another. I would highly recommend Acme Lock and Key!
Absolutely great service from Mike and Willie. I brought in my front door mechanism to repair and fixed it on the spot. I did have to go back and get a part for the deadbolt, but then too Mike explained my issue and sold me the part. My husband told me to go there because he also had a great experience last time. They found a newly manufactured part made the repair in record time and their charge was very reasonable.
