Scott came out and repaired a 23+ year old mortise lock perfectly. The original install wasn't done properly. He completely rebored holes, trimmed metal and installed it properly. Fixed the original cause, plus our door works flawless and super smooth! So smooth that we keep saying "wow" everytime we open the door. Excellent attention to detail, very well done job. Great to find companies that do great jobs like this one!
