First of all, I’d like to express how wonderful the staff is at Advanced Lock & Key; so friendly and helpful! I was in search of a key for an antique piece of furniture that I was gifted. I had called around to a few locksmiths with no luck before reaching out to Advanced Lock & Key. The gentleman at Advanced asked if I could bring the lock in so they could see if. I did so, and within 10 SECONDS he had me set up with a new key! I honestly thought I’d never be able to find one without spending a fortune, but the guys at Advanced Lock blew me away!! I wanted to cry happy tears; he saved me so much time and MONEY! I can not recommend this place enough! If you think you’re stumped, please give them a call! More than completely satisfied with my experience at Advanced Lock & Key!

I have never once wrote a review on a company or even a product before this is my first time. My house was built in the 1874 so my locks from my doors are from the same time. I lost the key to the front door. I went in today not expecting to have a new key when I left but I have 2 now!!! I was beyond happy and grateful to the gentleman that help me. He was very knowledgeable about the lock assembly and to be honest quite shocked to see it. He was able to get a skeleton key to work. He also took the lock assembly apart, to do a once over on the internal parts and then he lubed everything up. On top of that he also gave my son a piece of candy and a bag full of unused (for free)!! My son is so exited he’s got keys now like dad. He did all this and the work and only changed me $20 total for two keys. I can’t express the relief I feel now cause I finally have keys for the door. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. I live in Elma area and for me he’s worth the drive. I will be returning soon to have him make a spare key for my other skeleton key lock. Thank you sir for this. I hope he reads this and I hope this helps you who is reading this.
Mark and Danny Jr. are really nice guys and very helpful. Today in the bitter cold our car refused to unlock in a parking lot. Mark happened to be in the same lot and we asked if he could help us. He gave us his card and told us to call Danny at the shop. Danny was able to get us into the car. I would definitely recommend this company as they are efficient, friendly, and quick to respond.
