I have used them for several years now for my business and have always been very pleased. Zachariah Earle is great. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I also had a different technician help me once as well and he was quite good as well. They are prompt, professional and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend to anyone.
We have been calling Advanced Lock for many years, Keith and Angie have always been helpful to fix our stores.
It's either door swing problem, or changing door pivot to continues hinge, or simple store door key lock replacement, they always make sure the work is done right.
They also have after hours emergency services, and we did actually used couple of times, and they always keep us in the loop of how much time it will be before they can get to us, which I think it's helpful for their customers to know how much longer we will have to wait.
They have recently relocated to a larger space, and you would want to make sure to look for C building inside the ally, because Google Map only takes you to the front building A.
