Super knowledgeable staff and great company. I lost the keys for a Lista tool cabinet and needed replacements. I tried ordering them online using the lock code but when I received them they didn’t work. Decided to bring the locks into their shop and very glad I did. They were able to make replacement keys for the locks in under 10 minutes and for a great price. Highly recommended!
I am so pleased with the service Advanced Safe &Lock, Inc did for the locks on my display case. A huge thank you to John and the rest of the crew. Everyone was great to work with from the time I pick up the phone to call to getting my locks fixed and keys made. One of the workers at the desk even carried the case out to my car in the rain and I didn't even ask. Thank you all again 😊
I had a dilemma. My daughter lost both keys to her fireproof lockbox. I managed to pick the lock to access the contents, but this wasn't a good long-term solution. The maker of the box was charging a hefty fee for a single replacement. The first local place I called wanted $50 to make a single copy, since I didn't have the original key. The box cost less than this, so trashing it and buying a new one seemed like a possibility. Enter Advanced Safe & Lock, which did it for less than half the cost of the other place. They did it quickly while I waited, and I purchased some copies at the same time. Overall I'm very satisfied with the service.
