I have been doing business with Advanced safe and lock for many years. I have used their services for many things, keys, coming to my rescue when I locked myself out of my car, replaced my key fob for my truck. They provide many other services and have a great selection of products for sale. They are your one stop place to go.
I always have a good experience when I go in ... time I went in for my 2009 Honda Accord I needed a key made and I need a battery for my other keypad. Customer service is always great🤗 …
I came in the other day with my car on a tow truck. I had no appointment, gave no heads up nothing; needing a new key because I lost my only car key and when I say these folks took GREAT care of me! They didn’t have my key in stock but rather then turn me around they called other store to find one and went to get it for me SAME DAY! The father that owns the shop is knowledgeable and apparently even did work on President Regans Limo! For expertise and great service I’d definitely recommend this shop!
The attitude is unnecessary; we were willing to pay whatever price for an after hour service from a "24 hour" servicer. However, the tech or owner only reiterated that it would be time-and-a-half pay. Okay, great, how much? He just wanted to keep repeating that it will be time and a half without giving us a total as if that would change the service request. Maybe he just did jot want to have to get out late. Either way, When you are self employed, customer experience and service is still necessary. Everyone is just as important as you. Your business should handle client or customers with that regard.
