These guys are excellent. I work in property maintenance and use many different locksmiths depending on proximity to the building in question. I have had literally hundreds of keys cut here without a single bad key, which I cannot say for most locksmiths. I have also seen them pick a lock in minutes without damaging the lock in situations where other locksmiths destroy the lock by drilling. Highly recommend this locksmith.

The deadbolt on my front door failed, the key simply spun round and round.
I called and Stan, the owner, came right over, assessed what I needed, climbed a ladder to enter my condo on my upper deck so he didn't have to drill the lock. Within 30 minutes he was back with a replacement deadbolt all set to work with my existing keys. And all the while, Stan was calm and competent and funny. When it came time to write the check, I thought the price was more than fair, and I was soon on my way to all the other things I needed to do that day.

3rd time using them, now that I moved away it is an hour journey to see them. They had no trouble cutting new blades for my Keyport Slide. They have cut multiple keys for my Keyport Slide throughout the years and there has never been a problem.

The locksmith who came to my house was lovely, but she was over an hour late. Also, I had sent photos of what I needed done in advance and given a quote, then when the locksmith was done she noted how the cost would be less than the quote. It seemed higher but I didn't have the original quote in front of me. Then when I went back it turns out I was charged $80 more than quoted.

I brought in a key for my e-bike that was hard to find a matching blank for. They cut a key for me but it didn’t work, so I brought it back and she figured it out and cut another one for me. What else can I say? She was a star and came through; highly recommend!

I have always had great service from both the old and new owner. It's hard running a small business. The keys i get made at home depot never work but hers always do.
