Aloha Lock & Key was a lifesaver and the best locksmith in the metro area, hands down. After a horrible situation where an incorrect key that was inserted into the ignition of my old Land Rover broke off deep inside, no other locksmith was willing to try and attempt to get the key out. I am so grateful my mechanic told me about Aloha. This place is built on 3 generations of expert and knowledgeable locksmiths. Carlye would not give up and got the broken piece of incorrect key out of the ignition assembly I brought her! I know not all situations like this end in success, but I feel so lucky to have a place in Jackson where someone like Carlye takes her craft so seriously and is willing to try like she did! I will continue coming back for any key needs.

I've been a customer for decades. The team there is exceptional. They had to special order a key and got it back the next day. They were able to cut the key perfectly. I'm sure the dealer would have been much more expensive. Good job as always.
