Nice old man.... Knows his stuff about locks... Only took 10 minutes to program two new keys for my truck.... and was $20 cheaper then the other 2 places I called. Only issue I got with this place is they are very rarely there past 5:00, even though they list their hours till 5:30. Go early!
I needed to have keys made for the gates on my privacy fence. I called and they were here within an hour! Multiple keys were needed, so they had to come back the following day to finish the job. They were prompt, made keys for all the locks, and I am very happy with the service! Both gentlemen that came were nice and professional and did a great job.
If you need keys or locks, come here! Support a small local business that's been here for 40 years! I've been here once before a few years ago, and I needed copies of my keys made and decided to come back today. They also can make copies of your car keys with the fob on it! The man that helped me was so informative, helpful and kind! He went out of his way to help me, and I deeply appreciate it! What a generous heart! I love supporting small businesses and this is one that I will continue to go to whenever I need anything pertaining to locks and keys! Go here and you won't be disappointed!
The guy is very rude and unprofessional will never do business with them ever again!!!! Completely ignored me for 15 minutes after I walked in them was very dismissive and disrespectful. Don’t go here go to Home Depot or Fred’s key shop in Detroit !!!!
I was told Friday a new key fob would be $100 whole American lock and key was at our job site I went in on Saturday and the very rude older man barely let me talk told me $150. I asked a simple question about my remote start working he was rude and talked down to me like I was just a dumb women and let me add I was correct. I will not return here ever thanks for the attitude you lost business
