Staff is very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Has a wide variety of different keys that others do not have stocked in the valley. If you need a hard-to-find key, this is the place. Friendly, expert service and a better selection than anywhere else in the valley. 👍🏾👍🏾
My team and I run a property management company in Central Phoenix. The other night, a tenant was locked inside their unit due to a malfunctioning lock at 9:45 PM. We called Anderson and were fortunate enough to reach Tim. He was calm, professional, and able to diagnose the issue over the phone.
Tim arrived on-site quickly and had the problem resolved in under an hour. His pricing was reasonable, and he handled everything independently without needing any additional input from us, which we truly value.
