Great customer service, skilled technician and honest business practices. Mr. Park helped me with a very difficult lock out. He worked on it long after another technician would have given up until he was able to open the door. He was honest and more than fair in his pricing. He was on time and professional. I can't say enough about Mr. Park, he will live up to and exceed expectations.
What an experience! I went to walk my dog and forgot my keys in my apartment. I called up Arirang Locksmith as they were right up the street, they got me back into my place in under 15 minutes! Great customer service and extremely skilled technicians. Highly recommend!
He was good even though he forgot our appointment he came through and did the job with speed and great precession. But as he was working I could see why he forgot he received a couple of calls in the middle of the job.
