Went up to have key cut, key they cut did not work, was told to come back up so they could re cut it. When i got there no one was there, had to three times in row to get someone to pick up, when they did he said “i thought someone would be there” then told me he wouldn’t be back in till morning. What a joke wouldn’t recommend unless you want your new key not to work

I have been dealing with Andrew for many years and he’s always helped me out. I had a few times where my key was not cut correctly so it was a little hard to turn but I decided to deal with it since Andy always gave me a good price. However this is my first time reaching out to Andy after he made a big mistake. He programmed a new spare key but erased the other keys and remotes from the vehicle. It’s been 4 days since I’ve been trying to catch him in a good time at the shop but after the 3rd day he stopped responding. I understand he’s a busy man but not responding means he no longer wants my buisness. Now I have to go pay another locksmith to fix his mistake
