I've always used and loved these guys but what really tics me off now is that now only do they ask for tips but when did you start charging a convenience fee, what a joke. 1.77 for paying 59 dollars in key copy's. What's the convenience? You didn't come to me!!!! Update from response on convenience fee, Then just put the fee into what you sell then. The CC fee you are charged is part of doing business and protects YOU from fraud unto and from visa/ mastercard. that's why the fee is there , how and why should we pay for that fee to protect you? No benefits to us? Once you start collecting a so called fee nobody ever redact's it.

Too notch, old school customer service. Over the course of a couple weeks, I called asking various questions about auto kèys, fobs & programing. Frans was so patient and thurough with his explanations. He even educated me on things I didn't know to ask about. When I finally showed up at the shop, Chris was there to add his expertise. What a great tag-team effort. Great service at a great price. Highly recommend them for your key & security needs.

I always receive great service from the duke street location. I gentlemen named chris is always there when I go and I have nothing but great experiences every time I have visited this location. He programmed several keys for my unique vehicles and they always worked perfectly. Prices are very fair as well. The dealer wanted double what they charged me.

It's great to have actual keys copied by trained/experienced person(s) with a local business/storefront (and have those keys work great.)

I attempted the use of now copious amounts of key copy kiosks and failed to get one working key out of 3 attempts. I drove far out the way to Baldino's and within 1 minute had 2 perfect copies , a pleasant conversation and a few ideas for future entry systems.

Support small businesses and talk with fellow humans. I'm sure one day robots and AI will take over everything but it's not that time yet 🤣
