My first experience with this place was a good 20 years ago. 2003 or 2004. I had been carjacked in SF. Got the car back a week later. Very little money and had to replace all the locks on my car, including ignition. The guy went above and beyond finding what I needed from a junk yard, re-keyed the locks to match. I though I was going to owe him hundreds, everyone else's quote started at 500. He got the job done for a very affordable price. I always tell everyone about this place ever since. Went back yesterday, new location across the street. Good to see they are growing and expanding. Had been having trouble getting a couple spare keys cut for my motorcycle. I went to them, in and out in under 10 minutes, 2 keys cut for under 10 bucks. Can't beat that. Guy working was friendly, helpful and professional. I don't require their skills very often but when I do I go straight here. Keep up the good work and thank you.

I needed a special key for a door in my house. I bought in an example. They didn't carry it. There was no conversation beyond no we don't carry it. I guess I expected too much.

I called them last minus and they sent someone out right away. I need to re-key the entry lock. He did the job in 15 minus. I'm very pleasant. Thanks!
