I went there this morning to purchase a padlock and have it keyed to two key. The purchase and keying took all of 15 minutes. Fast and friendly service. I got a new locksmith here.

On November 15th my boss had spoken with a lady from this business to receive keys for one of our file cabinets. We provided them the code to make the keys, and we received the keys in person for $14. The keys ended up NOT WORKING. We called and they said they would have someone come in the next day.
The next day, November 16th, an employee by the name of Kyle comes and checks out our cabinet. He says "the only issue was that after this cabinet was repainted, the paint got into the lock". Then, he proceeded to quote us $225. We were NEVER MADE AWARE of this charge. After the dispute, he was instructed to take the keys we paid for yesterday ($14) and told us to receive the keys, we have to come in and pay $225. He also was very rude about "wasting 2 hours of his day", (his words), despite being in our office from 10:10-10:35am (our office is in walking distance). He spent about 30min total in our offices, half of which was us discussing the bill. When he left, we realized he left our cabinet locked and we were unable to access important files.
Then, we called the business and spoke to a lady named Sandy. She was very rude and was negligent to hear our concerns. Our only request was for a refund for the FAULTY KEYS THEY PROVIDED US, and she was very determined to make us pay the $225 service fee WE WERE UNAWARE OF. She then began to threaten us by telling us she will call the cops.
I do not typically make reviews like this, but I am writing to spread awareness on the unprofessional business I encountered with this company.
Quick, friendly service ... and the new keys work just fine!
Took care of my need for a few copies of keys that HD & Lowes and the automated kiosk won't. Reasonable prices and satisfactory customer service. I will most definitely be coming back and recommend to others!
