Bergman’s Lock & Key

Bergman’s replaced all the locks in our 11-unit apartment building, and they were fantastic from start to finish! They showed up on time, were friendly and professional, and completed the entire job in a short timeframe, just over a couple hours. Both our landlady and I had about many questions, and they answered every single one patiently and thoroughly. We reached out to several locksmiths in Seattle, and Bergman’s was not only the most reasonable but also the most professional. I highly recommend them!

The two gentlemen were personable professional, and efficient. They got my safe unlocked in just a few short minutes, allowing me to access my passport and saving my trip abroad on very short notice. 10/10 would recommend, will be going here again when needed!

Craig is the real deal! Came and installed my smart lock super fast. Then when I realized we had forgotten the door sensor he returned at no cost to add that on. Friendly and smart and professional, as were the people on the phone I spoke to. Also a better rate than some of the other places we called with very transparent pricing. Highly rec!
