Big D Lock City

I have a uncommon key that I’ve been taking to local places for a year and no one has been able to help me. I finally found these folks and not only did they find the key, they found it incredibly quick and at a good value. I wouldn’t bother getting your keys done anywhere else but here.

I went to Big D Lock City today to replace a lost key fob for my car... I was quoted 2 prices for a key fob - one for an after-market key fob and one for an original manufacturer fob. They tried 3 times to program an after market fob... I ended my going with the original manufacturer key fob. The after market price was $175 and the original manufacturer fob was $290. It would have been nice to save $115, but they tried 3 times to program the fob... In the end I was quite happy because I saved $230 over having the Chevy dealership program the fob. The Chevy dealership wanted $520 for a new fob!!

I used Big D Lock City many times. Very consistent. Almost no wait. Most of the time I needed to.buy a new lock and have it also work with my master keys. They dis excellent job. I gave them 4 star because when I lost my keys, they came to see the job and what they need to to replace all the keys but never called back. It seemed that they were polite but had no interest in the job... you really need pros when it requires them..as almost everyone else they prefer the east straightforward jobs...had to fix them myself.
