Rob came and helped me open my door. Not only was it same day but even earlier than expected. He went above and beyond to make sure my door and locks were functioning correctly. Highly recommend!

When I need keys made, I go here. They are quick, skilled and inexpensive. In and out in 5 minutes if no one else is there. Parking is limited in the front and there are some spaces in the back. They also provide more comprehensive lock services and have mobile service. My company has used them for lock needs at the office. In the store they sell safes of all sizes, keyrings, special keys, and other related products.

A company I take care of had their safe break and no longer open during evening rush. Gave these guys a call and had someone there within an hour. He opened the safe and replaced the broken lock. The price was at least $200 cheaper than any other company I could find since it was after “after hours.”

Had a trailer hitch lock pin removed. It was done expeditiously. Customer service was excellent. I was treated with respect. Very affordable. I was in and out in ten minutes. I will definitely use them again if needed.

I called to order rekeying service for a new house I purchased. They showed up and attempted to re-key the front door but instead broke it. So they left me worse off than when I started. I could no longer open the front door w a key. They changed the backdoor key. They left carelessly. With "you're going to need a new door knob. Easy to install yourself". I mean their was a point in calling you. They charged $150 for changing one key which adds to the inconvenience. I still had to go get a new entry knob and now I have unmatching keys. I think it was a very unprofessional and shady thing to do. Break a door knob, charge, and leave. Definitely amateurs.
