Not long ago, we purchased a home with a Hayman floor safe in the primary closet. Unfortunately, we were not given the combination by the sellers although the safe was left open. After a long pause, we decided that it would be best to make use of the safe. To do that we needed to engage a safe technician to reset the combination of the electronic lock.
We contacted Bill's and within a week, John arrived and was able to reset the combination to the factory default with no fuss (it just takes a while). He left us with instructions for setting a new combination and recommendations for replacement keyed locks should we want to go that route in the future.
John was friendly and professional and got the job done with zero fuss. I would certainly call Bill's in the future for any lock or safe issues I could not handle myself.

Bill’s lock & key is a fantastic company. They are very knowledgeable and helpful when I told them my lock problem on the phone. They are definitely not there to get your money. I had trouble with my digital lock and I had them come out to look at it. They came out the same day and told me right away that it’s manufacture defect and I just need to get a different brand. I was so grateful they were honest with me and didn’t charge me for coming out. It’s rare to find a good business with great ethics like that!

My experience with this company was really great. The technician arrived within the allotted timeframe, he was polite and efficient. He graciously more a N 95 mask per my request, which I provided for him. And he was able to accommodate some add-on work, which I had forgotten to request when I made my appointment. Pricing was very reasonable. The job was done quickly. This company came recommended to me and I highly recommend them!
