I recently needed a duplicate auto key made, and although it wasn't an emergency, I received an immediate response and a timely follow-up call. We scheduled a meeting for the following day, and the owner was flexible enough to offer to meet at either my home or office. He arrived at my workplace as planned and completed the duplication in about 10 minutes directly from his mobile work van. I found the owner to be very responsive and hardworking.
