Busse’s Lock Service

We had a complicated lock replacement on an exterior door. The repair required multiple trips to our home and hours on the phone between Busse’s and the lock manufacturer.

Busse’s (Gabe was the locksmith) stuck with it the whole way over 2 months and got the repair done right. They also brought the bill in at a very fair rate for us, especially considering how many hours they had to have had in the repair. Great customer service turning a frustrating situation into a win.

Gabe was a pleasure to work with and we really appreciated his perseverance with a complex repair/replacement. We would definitely use them again.

This is a long overdue 5-start review. After trying multiple times to get our shop's front door lock issues resolved, I finally decided to research alternative locksmiths. I was impressed with Busse's excellent reviews, as well as their professional and user-friendly website. I decided to give them a try at the stubborn lock, as well as swapping out some other door locks. In order to save me a possible second trip out which would have increased my costs, they suggested that I send them pictures ahead of time of the various locks that needed fixing and/or swapped out. I appreciated that! I did and they came out prepared with what they needed, and repaired the one stubborn lock with a fix that was not presented to us by the other locksmiths. It has worked properly ever since. In addition, they did an excellent job on the other locks. I highly recommend Busse's!

Christopher was great at helping us figure out why the front door of The Woman’s Club of Raleigh would not lock. He didn’t just look at the locking mechanism but at the entire door and fixed it with a simple shim. This has been an ongoing issue and other locksmiths had looked at the lock, but Christopher looked at the problem.
