Absolute 5 star service. They arrived when scheduled. They not only took care of changing my lock, they added a few things to make the door close and latch properly and also made me extra keys. I didn't ask for any of these things, they just did it after replacing the lock and showed me everything they did. They also adjusted the screen door in front of the door they changed the lock on without being asked and without charging any extra. I will be using them for all of my future door lock needs. Do not go anywhere else. They know what they are doing.

Locked myself out of my apartment so I called Busy Bee and they did an amazing job! From when I first called to when Kyle got to us was around 30 minutes! Kyle was out tech and he did a great job! Was friendly and efficient! Hopefully I will not need to use them again but if I do I know who to call!

For a non-emergency situation in which I lost my keys to my home office filing cabinets, Busy Bees provided a non destructive solution to regaining access to my files.
In less than 24 hours they scheduled Kyle to check & create new keys. He was awesome, opened and provided replacement keys for the filing cabinets without damaging them!
