I can't say enough good things about Chet's Lock and Key and especially Darrell! He went above and beyond to help us, taking the time to research and find the perfect solution—even though he didn’t make a sale. That didn’t matter to him; he genuinely wanted to help, and his dedication and effort were incredible. Customer service like this is rare! I’m so thankful for all his help and highly recommend Chet’s Lock and Key.

I live in a hundred year old home and suddenly couldn’t get the front door to open from the outside. When I called they said they would be able to get someone out soon but they additionally walked through what was wrong over the phone. In doing this thorough information gathering they sussed out what the problem was easily and helped me fix it myself over the phone free of charge! I will absolutely be contacting them in the future and am grateful that they were so honest, helpful, and kind when they could’ve easily taken advantage of my ignorance.

Was having trouble with my front door’s deadbolt, so I removed it and brought it into the shop. They quickly fixed the issue and it was simple enough, they did it free of charge.
