Craley’s Lock Company

Our car was stolen in the morning (the key ring had our house keys on it too) and after getting other companies quoting a service date of 3 days later, I called Craley's and they were able to dispatch someone quickly and same day! The tech arrived a few minutes early, was helpful, courteous and quick. We paid the same as what was quoted and my house was safe again. Hoping to get our car recovered, if so I'll be calling Craley's to get that re-keyed too.

Let me save you the trouble I went through: make Craley's your first and only stop. I drove around Columbus for almost two hours looking for various locksmiths, only to find out that most of them don't have physical locations! Thankfully, Craley's is real (see the photo!). I was able to get my lock rekeyed in under 10 minutes after arriving, and I was also able to get several other questions answered as well. Not only will this be my go-to locksmith, but I'm going to recommend them to anyone and everyone who even remotely mentions something that may require a locksmith.

These guys saved my butt. We somehow locked both our key fobs in our Volkswagen Beetle. The lack of molding between the windows made it impossible for even the police to break in. The cop recommended we call Craleys. There aren’t many locksmiths with the skills to pick a lock like that, especially one that had never been used - we’ve never used the manual key because of the electronic locks. Jim had the patience and the skill to work at it in the rain until the job was done, getting us into our car when nobody else could do it. Highly recommend.
