Outstanding! We got locked out of my friend Johnnie's house, so we gave Denver Key and Lock a call. We were told someone would be there in a half hour, and the tech Seth was right on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was honest about the cost of a new door knob handle and he explained the problem and unlocked the door and oiled the existing door knob handle and put it back together and we were back in business. Great job!

We had some lock issues that needed to be addressed. One was an older lock in a 1950's home and the other was a security door that became hard to operate in cold weather.
