5 stars without a doubt. Called in advance a week before I bought a condo and scheduled appointment. They called a day before to confirm, coordinated work order and went over details. Tech showed up on time, finished within an hour and bill within estimate if not a little less expensive. I couldn't have asked for anything more! Top it all off, speaking with attorney and realtor who each gave two thumbs up regarding Dion. Can't say enough from a Google search.

We called Dion because a lock on an antique piece of furniture had gotten stuck in the lock position. A day later Brian arrived. He was polite and professional and within about 20mins had the lock opened and diagnosed the problem. We appreciate Dion’s prompt, professional service and would recommend them! A+.

I recently went to get some keys copied, and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly and efficient, and they made my copies very quickly. I had four keys made, and it only cost me $10, which was a fair price for the convenience. They actually make keys for many different things, not just standard house keys, which is super helpful. Overall, a great experience with good staff and fast service. Would definitely recommend if you need keys copied in a hurry!
