I went in to duplicate house key , and it was a really quick process, great customer service and they were really helpful. It wasn’t expensive for the type of key I duplicated.
Our private school was searching for a reliable and reasonable door company to replace aging exterior doors and update some classroom doors for school safety. Essex provided great service on both occasions. The second time, Dave and Kenny came out. School was in session but they both were patient and nice working around the kids that were running the hallways and sometimes in their way.
