I locked myself out of our condo one morning when I went to walk my dogs. I called thinking it would be hours before they would be able to help, and they were here within 15 minutes—speedy and professional service. Exactly what I needed so I could get back to work. Love this guy! I can see why he's the highest rated locksmith I came across. He is extremely personable and competent, and helped restore my front door mortise locks to be functional again. Rates are very reasonable. He also went above and beyond by sending a follow up email explaining how I may be able to proceed with replacing my damaged lock.
