I've had a locking hitch pin on my truck for nine years that came with it when I bought it but without a key. I've occasionally talked to locksmiths and mechanics about getting it removed, but no one has wanted to put any effort into it, until I took it to Fred. I was pulling out of the parking lot ten minutes after pulling in. Took him under three minutes to get the lock picked, ensuring my shins are forever safe from that accursed trailer hitch. After locking my keys in my car while away from home I immediately called a different company which had been recommended to me. The first locksmith quoted a minimum wait time of two hours. Because I had a small child with me, I opted to find someone else. Fred answered promptly and was able to come to our rescue in MINUTES! Good value for the level of service provided.

I LOVE these guys. I went from not needing a locksmith ever in my memory, to needing one for two distinctly different projects, both urgently. My first project had already been failed after two efforts by their competition, Fred’s fixed it entirely in 5 minutes. The second project, their super friendly guy Tim was at our place within 2 hours of request, and in short order had our locks not only fixed, but working better than we thought possible. Oh… and the combined price was more than fair. Will most definitely use again.

I was in a bit of a pickle recently, and Fred's was the FIFTH locksmith I called and the FIRST to answer. The guy was up-front about how long it'd before he arrived (about half-hour). It took only a few minutes after his arrival before I could run in and fetch my keys. He even let me warm up in the van while he worked. And I made it to work on time! Cost was very reasonable too. I do plan to stop by the store and discuss some options to prevent a repeat. :)
