Highly recommend them! They came out on a Sunday to try and help me program a new key fob for my 4Runner. It was a very stressful situation for me as I was alone with my kids far from home. I felt very taken care of and while my issue was not able to be resolved by a locksmith I knew they did everything they could to try and help resolve the issue.
I was intown for the Sturgis Rally and had misplaced the key to my tourpqck on my bike. These guys made me some new keys. They wer fast, efficient and fair priced.
Sue walked us through the whole process and made it fun, a seriously tough thing to do when you are upset about losing your only key. She took all of the information for the key code in advance so they could get me fixed up quickly. We knew right off the bat that we were dealing with true professionals - Sue gave us a ton of information even when she wasn't sure we would use their services. I was surprised how affordable it was for such excellent service. Don't lose your only key! But if you do, head over to Gene's. Great place, great people.
