In the 45 years I have lived in my house, I never locked myself out. I guess there’s a first time for everything. When I called Goldy Locks around 8:50 this morning I was given an arrival time window of 10-12. I was also quoted the price for the service. Needless to say I was very pleasantly surprised when Jeff called me about 9:25 saying he would see me in about 15 minutes—earlier than my window time!! Jeff couldn’t have been nicer!

Jacob solved my issue right away. My front door knob only worked when turned one direction, not the other. Without taking it apart, he suspected the latch, and he was correct. He had the replacement part in his truck, and after a quick swap the knob worked perfectly again. They clearly knew what they were doing and provided very professional service.
