Super fast service and good prices. They came to my house for a gate issue and had me fixed up in an hour! The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. If you have an older house with custom or antique locks, these are your guys!

Had an antique cabinet with sideboards that were locked and no key. They told me if I brought them the lock mechanism they can make a key. Boy they were not lying. They looked at the lock mechanism they did a little homework on the computer and within 5 minutes I had a key. The place has all kinds of fascinating hardware and I bought a really interesting New Orleans guide book of things that are not normally posted. Things we were not aware of even though we've been coming for years and years. I should mention the service was excellent and friendly when I have been calling them and when I walked in. Fast and friendly service and great selection of unusual hardware products and obviously great locksmiths.

Their inventory is incredible, their knowledge is superb, and their customer service was beyond outstanding.
They helped us find our pocket door hardware and found us an antique lock and key, mix matched plates, found another plate in the back and it topped off the whole package. They made us a spare key in just seconds. When we left we didn't have the keys in the bag and Michelle went running down the street to find us.
