They came out when I was locked out of my house- the manual key to our electronic lock would not turn. As it happens, I just don't have the finger strength. They were there when I needed help. I can't thank them enough. Refused to charge me.
Nobody wants to go inside a large box store to look for someone to help you make key copies. I tried the kiosk at a Walmart to donut myself and realized how expensive they were! Finally realized these guys have been here forever with quick and friendly service. Easy parking to door access and reasonably priced.
I will never be able to say enough about how invaluable this company is; and how I am forever grateful & thankful for their quick response when I needed help at the very last minute on multiple occasions. Dave, who is the owner went above and beyond to help me in assisting my mother from the very first time I placed a call to him he made me feel like family and this nowadays is a trait gone missing in businesses! I then needed help another time and it was something I thought he couldn’t even help with, but he made every attempt to have it looked at sending Brandon, who came out to the house & was truly just as amazing with the care & repair he gave to for my mom. Anyone who wants OUTSTANDING SERVICE from someone who honestly cares about people; you MUSTTTTTT CALL DAVE!!!!! Don’t walk to the phone but run & dial!!!! You will neverrrr be disappointed!!!!
