Marco gave us a very reasonable quote to get into the locked safe of our business. He spent hours trying to carefully unlock the safe without damaging it. I was sure that he was going to surprise us with a larger bill but no, he stuck his original quote and did an amazing job. He and his helper were very friendly and professional as well.
