The first time, I used them to replace the locks of a newly purchased house and the second to reprogram my car key. They are polite, prompt and professional. Both the lady who answered my call and Ryan, the gentleman who came over communicated clearly regarding the work and pricing, which is reasonable and competitive. I highly recommend this company.
Chris was very informative and gave me information on how he could program a new fob for my car. It was all going well until we got to the final programming and a warning message came up concerning my car. Chris called his tech assistant, to confirm the next step, he instructed Chris to cancel the procedure. So Chris did. It was nice dealing with Chris he is a honest man who understands service. I would recommend Hoernel lock and key in Kenosha.
Had a great experience. Ryan was super informative and helpful providing a quote. He was also my on-site tech: arrived on time, was super respectful and was meticulous throughout. Pricing was reasonable. Would highly recommend and will surely use them again in the future when the opportunity arises.
