Thrilled with Jim's place! Needed simple re-key of my new deadbolt I installed two weeks ago to replace my worn-out hardware for my residential front-door. I get rekeying a lock that I bring into the shop is a simple job, and not as "sexy" as replacing all the locks in an apartment complex. However, for those 2 weeks, all the other places I tried (who bragged about those apartment complexes on their websites) had closed storefronts with "appointment-only" signs on their door....then they wouldn't call back for such a small request!

Jim's place was open, ready, and fast. I walked in with my deadbolt and keys, they gave it back in 5 minutes with a fair price. Don't waste your time (two weeks for me!) messing around with those other spots in Leominster/Fitchburg area just looking to make a buck with as little work or jobs as they can. Jim's is now my go-to!
