Trustworthy, efficient, and highly competent. Having someone come to your home to deal with your locks and keys requires a certain amount of blind faith. I had an urgent situation. The technician, Eleven (his name), arrived almost immediately and solved the problem in twenty minutes. I will call them again if needed.
Jeramia was on time, efficient, and thorough in explaining the process, options and cost of changing our six locks. He actually saved us some cash by doing a quick fix on a knob we thought needed replacing but really just needed a small screw. Great courtesy and service, would ask for him again in the future, if needed. Thanks!
Just moved into my new place and stopped by J&L Pacific Locksmith to rekey all my locks to match my new Wi-Fi front door lock. Jeremiah was awesome—super friendly and explained the different lock brands and how to make everything work together. He rekeyed five locks to match my Smart Lock, and everything works great.
