John’s Lock & Key

I have been using John's Lock and Key for years to service all my shop doors, locks and service trucks. Dawn, Chris and Emily have always been very reliable. I would give them 6 stars if I could!

I bought a high security dead bolt for my apartment here about 2 years ago. Since then my immature, irresponsible landlord managed to lose his copy of the key, I'd only assume that he lost it when he lost ALL of the keys for the entire building!! The skilled folks here at Johns Lock and Key were able to rekey the cylinder and make 3 new keys. This was not cheap,but when it comes to top of the line security there's no compromise. We'll see how long he can hold onto this one this time.

John's Lock and Key were phenomenal! The ignition cylinder locked on my teenager's 2009 and they were able to help get us moving again. They didn't immediately try to go for the "expensive" fix but after walking me thru what to try to no luck they worked quickly to find the part and get it going. They were very professional. Communicated well and was very easy to work with. I've gone there before the little things and they always were nice. This confirmed if I need any help with locks I know where I am going.
