After much headache trying to get roadside assistance to help us and having it go completely all wrong and ended up having to abandon our vehicle late at night with major communication failures. We decided to go a different route and use a locksmith service to not only get me into my vehicle I locked myself out of, but also have a new key made, as mine wasn't turning the ignition with much reliance and damaging my ignition.
The service was sooooo easy to initiate. No layers of phone trees to go through and no speaking to off shore phone service tech who's English is hard to understand. It was painless, straight forward and the service that followed was equally as smooth and fast. The service tech had a great understanding of his job and made it a painless process. I needed a new special key made, so I used my error to my advantage. I would have spend half the cost to have road side assistance just unlock my vehicle that only took the locksmith 2 min do. He only charged me $50 for this service instead a discounted rate of $100 road side assistance was offering me. I'm very grateful and deeply satisfied.
On top of this, my new key is so smooth, with zero resistance!!
