I needed to get a replacement car door lock matched to my car keys. Went to another locksmith and was referred to Manchester Lock & Security. They were solid! Called first to get pricing, went down and they were able to get me in and out in no less than 20 minutes.

The prices were extremely reasonable, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, just an all-around great experience. Multiple customers had come in and I could tell they were all repeat customers, that sold it for me. I found my lock and security place from this day going forward!

Knowledge, upfront with pricing, friendly and helpful. Had exactly what I needed in stock and ready to go. Not to mention much better quality than what they had at Home Depot. A full service operation run professionally. What more could you ask for?

I’ve been going to Manchester Lock and Keys for years. Today I went to get my lock rekeyed. I put the lock back together in my door and the key wouldn’t come out. So I had to drive back to the store and get the young man to fix it. He apparently didn’t tighten a screw. It was a waste of my time and gas. Disappointed because all he said was sorry.
