Great service and friendly staff! They've made a bunch of specialty keys for me, including chip/transponder keys, and keys for a vintage motorcycle. They even identified that a hardware store used the wrong blank on key for my Jeep, and re-cut it properly. They are now my go-to locksmith, and I trust them for everything.
My company needed a truck re-keyed recently. I called Midwest Lock and Security and they came right out. The service was great and the technician was very professional. I will call them again should the need arise.
Had an old key with their name on it from my mother's estate. We had no clue what it was for. I brought it by the shop and they did their best in trying to identify it and what it would be for. Unfortunately, historical records were incomplete from the business changing hands a couple of times over the last 25+ years. They checked their computer and paper files to no avail. They showed me what the lock would look like to keep my eyes open, but they couldn't help beyond that. Very friendly and helpful, just not successful.
