Monaco lock is incredible! I had an emergency with a building in downtown where access was failing at the front door. I called Monaco, and even though they had a jammed schedule, they found time to fit me in within a couple of hours. Eddie came out and was so nice and knowledgeable. He was soon joined by Mike and Vinny of Monaco. Those three quickly identified the problem, retrofitted a new strike and the door is working great! I could not be happier. Not only a great job by Monaco, but the guys were also terrific! Thank you!

This is a super late review and I have since moved out of the area, but last month I was supposed to have a lock cut off of my storage unit. I was told by the facility that I was going to have to bring in an outside locksmith. Weird but ok…That’s when I called Monaco Locksmith and made an appointment. Come to find out (day of) needing an outside locksmith totally wasn’t true. After confirming with the storage facility that they could in fact remove the lock themselves , I profusely apologize to Eddie for wasting his time however, he was completely understanding and very sweet about the whole thing-he didn’t charge me and even refused a tip. Trust me these guys are amazing. I also had them make a key for me a few months back and the process is very smooth and the pricing was great. THANK YOUUU guys so much!!! 10/10 always recommend!

I had a malfunctioning lock that was replaced by a handyman so I called Monaco Lock. Eddie came the next day and was great! He was very knowledgeable and friendly; done in 10 min. Was worth the service call fee for me since my lock is a bit complicated.
