Very quick response on a Sunday night. Steven was at our house in 30 minutes. He was extremely pleasant, helpful, and updated us on his ETA. We were back in the house in minutes. Highly recommend Penn Del Lock and their high level of service.

Update to my review - used services again recently when my key broke off in my lock and could not be a happier customer. The receptionist taking my call was pleasant and helpful. Jeff was at my home in less than 30 minutes and I am a hike from the shop! I was back in the house in minutes and extra keys were made on site. Saved again by Penn-Del.

We use Alarm Lock on our building and needed support but the company would only talk to a licensed professional locksmith. I reached out to Penn-Del locksmith and they were able to obtain the information I needed. I was able to get our lock working with the assistance of Penn-Del locksmith who helped without delay or billing us. Great service!!

Happy Camper here - I was attempting to do some re-keying myself, and ran into a complication (AKA not following directions properly). I called Penn-Del Lock Inc., they said come right on over, which I did. They re-assembled my lock cylinder and cut me 5 keys, all in about 10 minutes. Helpful and friendly service which I always appreciate.
