The man knew what to do to get the lock off quickly, safely, without causing any damage to the latch. He was on-time, friendly, polite and knowledgeable. If I ever need a locksmith again, I'd use Pennington, not just because they delivered, but because they have an actual brick and mortar store where you can walk in and discuss what you need with someone local.
Very professional customer service business. They went above and beyond in their service. I needed a new key in a fob for my Expedition. I was able to call and get exactly what I needed over the phone. Then in two days time I was able to go to site for final needs. While I was there the person at the desk helped me pair my new Apple air tag to put on my new fob to help me find it if I lose the new one.
A real physical location! It Seems like almost every other locksmith is really just a call center that will call a mobile locksmith for you. I was so glad to be able to go into their store. It was cheaper to get my 2014 ram 5500 key made there than to have a mobile locksmith come out to me.
The surface was fast and the keys were accurate. Definitely will use them in the future.
