I have an old house with an old mortise lock. Over the years several people have tried to fix it. Finally the lock broke and was non-functional and I could not close the door. I called Pierre's on the advice of chat GPT. They could not have been nicer. They got a person out the same day. He explained everything and was able to do what no other locksmith could do (and many would not even try). It works as well as it has in 30 years. He even explained why it would not be easy to replace with a new lock!
