The owner/staff are nice and helpful and well experienced. Their customer service is excellent and I was in and out of the store in 15 minutes with my car’s functional remote key. I tried to fix my dysfunctional remote key with other locksmith store and I was charged 300$ to get a new key while the issue was the battery in first place.

We had an awesome experience with Plant City Lock & Key! Steve, the owner came out to our office at True Corp the same day after we were having issues with our front door not locking automatically. Several people had looked at it before, but no one could get it working correctly.
He quickly figured out the problem, ordered the necessary parts, and Danny the tech came back the very next day to finish the repair. It definitely wasn't an easy fix, but they stayed with it until everything worked perfectly.
