Redlands Lock & Keys

I've only used this company twice, but I will most definitely continue using them for all my lock-related needs. It's a family run business and they are all very knowledgeable and do the work with a great attitude. I called them about swapping out a mailbox lock at my business and they had their locksmith Justin at my door 20 minutes later! He was friendly and polite and explained the work as he was doing it. New lock works great and payment was simple with the price quoted up front. I'm a stickler for good customer service and Redlands Lock & Key definitely makes the grade.

My 2007 Toyota key broke The metal separated from the fob. I was able to go here get a new key only cost me 70 bucks compared to 250 elsewhere and even if I needed a whole new key that still is cheaper than most other places. that’s why I love supporting local businesses, not to mention great customer service Only took 10 minutes

I recently purchased a slightly used car that came with only one key fob. After unsuccesfully messing around with a couple of key fob services (no return calls...etc.) I decided to 'go local' with a brick and mortar business.
These guys were great! They had a wide selection of fobs, did the programming in just few minutes and charged less than the mobile services I had found.
Highly recommended! (PS: Molly the Great Dane may greet you at their shop. She appreciates a good head scratch.)
